Reflection – Black and White Photo Blog Hop

This is a good weekend for reflection.  Bodies of water – whether they be lakes or oceans – are a great place for me to just be still and think about where I am, where I’ve been, and where I want to be.  This photo, to me, embodies that.

National Canine Cancer Foundation

Inspire Greytness is committed to raising awareness of canine cancer and raising funds for cancer research through the National Canine Cancer Foundation.

Too many dogs are prematurely taken from their families every day due to this insidious disease.

National Canine Cancer Foundation

The National Canine Cancer Foundation is a nationwide, contribution funded, 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem in dogs by funding grants for the scientific efforts of cancer researchers who are working to save lives, find a cure, find better treatments, find more accurate, cost effective, diagnostic methods in dealing with cancer, and diminishing dogs’ suffering from cancer through research, education, advocacy, and service.

Ruby Cancer

Ruby was taken from us too soon as a result of subcutaneous hemangiosarcoma.  NCCF has announced a new study in which it is attempting to create a vaccine from cancer cells, which was previously successful in canine brain and skin cancer.  Please read here for NCCF’s statement about this exciting study.

My goal is to raise as much money to help fund this research.  Please join me in finding a cure for canine cancer.  Click the logo below to be taken to my donation page.  Thank you!
